Brown
desired amount of white rice in pan with oil (I did 2 1/2 cups dry
white rice)
When
browned add the following
5
diced roma tomatoes
1/8
cup diced yellow onion
2
garlic cloves
3
cubes chicken boulion
Then
add water (I think I did about 3- 3 1/2 cups for the amount of rice I
did. You may need more depending. Use your judgement) Bring to boil
and then let simmer for 15 minutes or so.
